Wrong size happens, bodies are busy right now. Here's how we sort it.
Tops & Tees
Window: 5 days from delivery.
Condition: unworn, unwashed, tags on.

| Second exchange, same order | ₹150 pickup & reshipping fee |
| Refund instead of exchange | ₹100 deducted from your refund |
(Refunds go to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the item)
How it works?
- We inspect the item when it arrives back with us. If it's unused and intact, we ship your new size straight away.
- It won't pass inspection if there's: deodorant or perfume marks, makeup or lipstick stains, the tag or hygiene seal cut or removed, visible wear (stretched elastic, pilling, snags), any staining, or a washed/worn smell.
- If it doesn't pass, we won't be able to process the exchange, for hygiene reasons, we can't put a worn piece back into stock.
- No cash refunds, no store credit, and no second exchange on this category — the fit has to land in one shot, so message us before you order if you want a hand picking the size. We're quick on WhatsApp.
Bras & Feeding Camisoles
These sit right against your skin and close to your baby, so for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns or exchanges on them.

Received something damaged or wrong?
Applies to every product, including bras and camisoles.
- Record a video while opening and unpacking your parcel.
- WhatsApp us the video within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once we've checked it, we'll send you an exchange or store credit.
Without an unboxing video, we can't accept a damaged or wrong-item claim.

General note: all fees are for reverse pickup and handling, not a penalty, we'd rather get you into the right size than charge you for the wrong one. First exchange is always free.
